Licensed Electrical
Rules for using our website, requesting service, communicating with us, and applying for employment.
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Electrical ASAP website and related online services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to Electrical ASAP, a California electrical services business. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Site provides general information about Electrical ASAP, our electrical services, service areas, and ways to contact us or request service. The Site may also include employment application forms and links to schedule appointments or request estimates.
The Site is provided for lawful use only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or submit information through it.
The Site is not a substitute for emergency services. If there is fire, smoke, injury, or another life-threatening emergency, call 911 first.
After emergency services are engaged, you may contact Electrical ASAP at (661) 293-0213 for electrical assistance when appropriate.
Do not attempt electrical work beyond your skill level. Electrical systems can be dangerous. Site content is not instructional guidance for untrained persons to perform electrical work.
We aim to provide accurate and helpful information, but Site content may change without notice. Photos, examples, pricing ranges, descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, and other materials are provided for general informational purposes only.
Site content may not reflect every property condition, local code requirement, permit rule, utility requirement, or job scope. Nothing on the Site creates a professional, engineering, legal, or financial relationship by itself.
You should not rely on the Site as the sole basis for decisions about electrical work, safety, code compliance, or property damage. Final scope, pricing, timing, permits, materials, and workmanship details depend on inspection, site conditions, and agreement with Electrical ASAP.
Any estimate, quote, appointment request, online scheduling action, or service request submitted through the Site is a request for information or service—not a binding contract by itself.
A job becomes binding only when Electrical ASAP and the customer agree in writing, by signed proposal, invoice acceptance, dispatch confirmation, or other documented agreement, as applicable.
Actual service terms may include:
We may decline service, reschedule work, or revise pricing if site conditions, code requirements, safety concerns, or other legitimate factors differ from what was initially understood.
When you submit a form, call us, text us, email us, or otherwise communicate with Electrical ASAP, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, you agree that we may send messages consistent with the consent you provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages and HELP for assistance, where supported.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase services. SMS practices are also described in our Privacy Policy.
We may record or monitor business calls where permitted by law and where notice and consent are provided as required.
If you apply for employment through the Site or related forms, you represent that the information you submit is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting an application does not create an employment contract, guarantee an interview, or guarantee employment. Electrical ASAP may use application information for hiring, screening, scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Background checks, licensing verification, reference checks, and other screening steps may be used where permitted by law and as part of our hiring process.
You agree not to:
The Site and its content—including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, layout, and design—are owned by Electrical ASAP or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to requesting or learning about our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, messages, application materials, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant Electrical ASAP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display submitted content for business purposes such as responding to you, providing service, evaluating applications, and promoting our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, scheduling tools, payment providers, review platforms, advertising platforms, analytics tools, or communication services.
Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Electrical ASAP is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services we do not control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Site content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Any warranty for completed electrical work, if provided, will be stated in the applicable service agreement—not on this Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electrical ASAP and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you paid to Electrical ASAP through the Site in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Electrical ASAP and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Site features, or legal requirements.
When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
